Registered Staff Nurse wanted
Our client is one of the leading Healthcare Companies that is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join a highly reputable Care Home which is located in Sutton In Ashfield.
The purpose built home provides high quality nursing, residential, rehabilitation, post-operative and palliative care for the elderly. The home is surrounded by scenic gardens and possesses several quiet sitting areas for residents to relax.

If you are successful for this role you will receive an excellent salary of £16.50 per hour with great additional benefits.

We are seeking someone who has the ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively and to develop professional relationships.
As a Staff Nurse your duties will be to:
• Assess residents’ needs and wishes and develop the service to enhance their quality of life
• Develop, review and update care plans to meet the residents physical, social and psychological needs
• Ensure medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered
• Liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders
• Identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively
• Document efficiently and thoroughly all matters relating to residents and employees
• Promote and practice high standards of nursing care and ensure staff are supervised in a smooth manner
• Support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code
• Attend relevant meetings both internal and external; regular and monthly appraisal with line manager

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.
