Registered Manager

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Manager to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Southport area. As a Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

As a Registered Manager your day to day duties include:
• Managing and developing high quality services for all residents
• Developing and guiding the team of staff
• Encourage and instil a culture of care and continuous improvement across the service
• Actively working with staff, residents and their families, to help shape and develop a centre of excellence for person-centred care
• The promotion of high standards of nursing care, following CQC and NMC guidelines , by ensuring all staff are managed appropriately and the home runs in a smooth and efficient manner

An ideal Registered Manager must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
• Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised
• Dependable and honest
• Able to well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the Home.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven management experience within the sector
• RGN qualified with active NMC Pin
• Experience of leadership and mentoring staff
• An enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role

The successful Registered Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £43,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full time role and in return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
