Registered Mental Nurse

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Mental Nurse to work in an exceptional hospital service based in the Newark, Nottinghamshire area. As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

This service is a purpose-built low secure hospital which offers personalised assessment and recovery-based treatment pathways, including a trauma specific pathway, for women with complex care needs

As a Nurse your day to day duties include:
• Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans.
• Participate in a range of assessments including risk and self-harm.
• To assist in standard setting and evaluating quality outcomes.
• Expected to take charge of the ward/Unit in the absence of the person with continuing responsibility, under the direction of senior staff.
• To maintain good standards of communication, both oral and written, in accordance with NMC guidance.
• To provide supervision to other staff, qualified and unqualified.

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of £35,700 DOE. This is an exciting Full Time position and in return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
