31 Castlegate Restaurant Located in the heart of York in a stunning Georgian house, 31 Castlegate is an elegant restaurant serving contemporary British cuisine. Café No 8 This charming eatery is one of York's best kept secrets. Located just behind the old city walls, Café No 8 has an intimate bistro-style ambience and a delightful hidden, paved garden out the back.
